The latest WHO report states that headache is the most ignored and untreated disorders in the present times, and popping a painkiller is considered the best option.
World’s first ‘Atlas of Headache Disorders 2011’ that has been unveiled by the health agency states, “Three in every four adults, aged between 18 and 65, suffered from some form of headache disorder, including migraine and tension-type headaches, last year.”
Also, only 10 percent of headache patients consulted a neurologist in America and this rate further fell in South-East Asian and African nations.
